- 500 grams of Boiled Dal
- 20 grams of Ginger Juliennes
- Sliced Green Chillies
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 20 grams of finely chopped coriander leaves

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. Once the oil gets heated, add 20 grams of ginger juliennes, sliced green chillies and 4-5 curry leaves. Toss it for 30 seconds.
