A sandwich is probably the only food that can be considered a snack and a full meal too. It just depends on how hungry you are and what you put in it. So, if you’re in the mood for something tasty but also filling, then look no further. This overloaded sandwich is what you should go for, without a doubt. You can add your choice of fillings to it, and the taste bit will be taken care of by ChefBoss’ awesome Chipotle Mayo, Creamy Tomato Mayo and Chilli Mustard. So, come on. What you'll need :
- ChefBoss Chipotle Mayo
- ChefBoss Chilli Mustard
- Sandwich bread
- Filling of your choice (Paneer or chicken)
- Veggies (Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, Onions)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Toast 2 slices of bread in a pan or a tawa. Cut each bread into four triangular pieces. Apply butter to all the pieces.
Line one piece with veggies and add a generous amount of ChefBoss Chipotle Mayo to it. Also add some salt and pepper. Cover it with a piece of bread.
On top of the second piece, add your fillings. You can sauté, cook or grill your choice of fillings beforehand. Now add a generous amount of ChefBoss Chilli Mustard onto the fillings and cover it with another piece of bread.
Your delicious and filling overloaded sandwich is ready. You can hold it in place with a toothpick if you’re serving it to guests or keeping it as a snack at a party. Otherwise, just dig in!
