Just a pinch is too less! For every 1 litre of water, add 2-3 tablespoons of salt until the water starts boiling before pouring the pasta. Infusing salt to the boiling water and adding pasta to it, helps in bringing out the flavours of pasta. Adding salt right to the pot put on the burner multiplies the boiling time of the water.

3. Do Not Add the Oil to the water

We always add oil to the boiling water just before adding the pasta to avoid sticking them with each other. The well-cooked pasta should be boiled at a temperature where it gets naturally stick-free. 4. Add Pasta to the rapid boiling water

After you salt the water, make sure the water is boiling rapidly with bubbles before you add the pasta and let it boil further on high flame for another 5-6 minutes. Adding pasta to rapidly boiling water, it makes the pasta submerge, boil quickly. It also helps to reduce sticking slightly by quickly washing away the exuding starch from the pasta surface.

5. Toss the boiled pasta with oil

Rinsing pasta with the water washes off the starch hence starts sticking after being boiled. As soon as you strain the pasta, add 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil and toss the pasta slowly. This will help in non-sticking and getting rid of the soggy pasta.

6. Reuse the pasta boiled water for Sauce

Let’s begin to cook white sauce pasta. Sauté the veggies in 1 teaspoon oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Now, add 50ml of pasta water and entire pack of Creamy Pasta Sauce to it. Adding the starchy water to the sauce will make the gravy smoother, glossier and will help binding the sauce-pasta together.

7. Add your pasta to sauce

To a make a perfect red sauce pasta, undercook it, i.e. boil it lesser than a minute of its actual boiling time. Now, add the pasta to the cooked Pasta & Pizza Sauce and not the other way round because it allows to sauce and pasta to interblend together.  Because the normal room temperature water will result in making the pasta soggy. Let the undercooked pasta cook in the sauce for few minutes since it will contribute in giving a superior flavour and authentic texture as one complete cuisine instead of two separate ingredients.
