To begin with the creamy potato wrap, we need to roast the boiled potatoes. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai, add the finely chopped garlic and allow it to sizzle for a few minutes. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté it for about a minute. Once softened, add chopped boiled potatoes, sprinkle some salt and toss it well. Add some oregano, chilli flakes and 2 tbsps of ChefBoss Creamy Pasta Sauce. Mix it well. Turn the flame off. Now, toast the leftover chapatis on a Tawa using salted butter. Take them off and spread ChefBoss Creamy Pasta Sauce over the chapatis for extra creaminess. Fill the roasted potatoes and roll the chapatis tightly. Repeat the same with other chapatis as well.
