Ladies and gentlemen, presenting potato cheese poppers with a gooey mayo jalapeno filling. Don’t worry, it only sounds fancy and super difficult to make. In reality, it’s as simple as 1..2..3! All you need are a few ingredients and 15 minutes, and your yummy new year party snack will be ready! So, let’s go!

What you'll need:

  • ChefBoss Mayo Jalapeno Sauce
  • 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes, mashed
  • ½ cup boiled American sweet corn
  • ½ cup grated cheese (any of your choice)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Salt, oregano seasoning and pepper (as per taste)

3 Easy Steps Recipe

In a big bowl, mix mashed potatoes, corn and grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano seasoning, and form a dough.

 

Take a little bit of the dough and form a ball. Now flatten it and add 1 tsp ChefBoss Mayo Jalapeno to the centre. Carefully wrap the dough into a ball shape with the mayo inside. Make as many such balls as you can, depending on what size you’re making them. It’s best to keep them medium to small-sized.

In a small plate, take some breadcrumbs and spread them. Now roll each ball in the breadcrumbs so that they get coated evenly with the crumbs from all sides. Once they are all ready, fry them till they are golden brown. Remove them in a plate and enjoy!
