What you'll need:
- ChefBoss Lucknowi Biryani Paste
- Some Chicken and Vegetables of choice
- 2 tablespoon ghee, Cooked Rice and that's it.
2 Easy Steps Recipe
Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a kadhai and add the veggies to it. Lightly toss them for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and the contents of an entire pack of ChefBoss Lucknowi Biryani paste to the kadhai, and cook further on a low flame for 5-7 minutes. Cook till the gravy gets thick. Finally, add boiled rice to the mix and stir well.
Garnish: Add mint leaves, slit green chillies and chopped coriander. Cover the kadhai and cook over low flame for another 3 minutes. Your delicious Lucknowi veg biryani is ready to be enjoyed! You can relish it with or without raita.
