What you'll need:

  • ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy
  • 300 grams of Chicken
  • 50 grams of Diced Green Bell Peppers
  • 60 grams of Diced Onions
  • 40 grams of Diced Tomatoes
  • 10 grams of Salted Butter
  • 10 grams of Ginger Juliennes
  • 10 grams of Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 Whole Red Dried Chillies
  • 20 grams of Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 50 ml of oil

2-Easy Steps Recipe

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and 2 whole red chilies. Let it crackle. Once the smoky flavours of the chillies arise, reduce the flame. Add the chicken and sauté it on a medium flame until the chicken gets cooked. Add the diced onions and bell peppers. Give it a good stir for about 2-minutes.


Once the onions turn translucent, add diced tomatoes and sauté it until the tomatoes turn mushy. Pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy to the kadhai. Add 50 ml of water, stir it well and cover it a lid. Allow it to cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes.


After the gravy reaches the desired consistency, turn the flame off. Add the butter and give it a good toss. Top it with ginger juliennes and chopped coriander leaves.
