What you'll need:

  • ChefBoss Hyderabadi Biryani Paste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 6-8 fried baby potatoes (cut into 2 halves)
  • 150 grams of curd

3 Easy Steps Recipe

In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp of oil. Once the oil gets heated, add 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic. Sauté it for about a minute on a medium flame until the garlic turns translucent.

Add 80grams of curd to sautéed ginger and garlic. Pour half pack of ChefBoss Hyderabadi Biryani Paste to the kadhai. Give it a good stir for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Allow it to cook.  

Once the gravy gets a good consistency and cooks completely, add 6-8 fried baby potatoes(sliced into 2 halves) to it. Mix it well and allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Turn the flame off. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve it hot with Lachcha Paranthas or jeera rice.
