1. Veggie Fried Rice
Nobody says no to fried rice! That’s the most-loved delicacy because it goes well with Veg Manchurian, chilly paneer or just with a red chilli sauce. And believe it or not, the veggie fried rice can be cooked in just 5-minutes.
Here’s the quick recipe…heat 2 1tbsp of oil in a kadhai. Add diced onions, bell peppers, carrots, American corn kernels, and chopped paneer to the kadhai. Lightly toss the veggies for 2 minutes on a medium flame. Pour 2-3 tbsps of ChefBoss All-purpose Chinese sauce into it and give it a good stir. Now, add the boiled rice to the sautéed veggies. Toss it well on a medium flame for about 2 minutes. Switch the flame off. Garnish the rice with chopped spring onions. Serve it hot with vegetable Manchurian or chilly paneer.
2. Paneer Butter Masala Rice

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai, and add 4-6 paneer cubes. Sauté it for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame until the paneer cubes turn golden brown. When the gravy gets cooked and thickens, add the boiled leftover rice and mix it properly. Cover the lid and allow it to cook for 3-minutes on a low flame. Now, switch the flame off. Top the rice with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve it hot with a bowl of raita or diced onions.
3. Hyderabadi Veg Biryani
Now, this one’s the easiest of all the rice recipes. Restaurant-style, authentic veg Hyderabadi Biryani in just 10 minutes. So, let’s go!
In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped beans, carrots, peas, bell peppers and fried paneer cubes. Sauté it for about 2 minutes on a medium flame. When the veggies are sautéed, pour 4-5 tbsps of ChefBoss Hyderabadi Biryani Paste and 50ml water into it. Allow the veggies to cook in the gravy for 2 minutes on a medium flame. When the gravy gets a good consistency, add the boiled rice to it. Top it with mint leaves, slit green chillies and coriander leaves. Cover it with the lid and dum it for 2 minutes on a low flame. Turn the flame off. Mix the rice properly using a spatula. Serve it hot with a bowl of raita or Mirchi salan.
