What you'll need:

  • 2 tbsp ChefBoss Schezwan Cooking Sauce
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots and beans
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion greens (optional)

2 Easy Steps Recipe

In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil and add the chopped veggies to it. Sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes.


Add 2 tbsp of ChefBoss Schezwan Cooking Sauce to the wok and stir for a minute. You can add more sauce as per taste, if you want your rice to be extra spicy. Next, add the boiled rice to the wok and mix well. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes and it’s done! Garnish with spring onions (optional) and enjoy your hot & spicy schezwan fried rice!
