Well, we were too! So we went ahead and looked for an awesome and unique recipe, that will give us the satisfaction and taste of a honey chilli snack, but with a twist! Presenting to you, honey chilli soya nuggets/chaap! This is a super simple recipe that will be ready in just 5-10 minutes and some simple steps.

Soya is a great source of protein and is definitely loved by all. Till now, we have only tasted it in the form of tandoori snacks or Indian gravies. Now, it’s time to give a Chinese twist. Intrigued? Well, read on to know what all you need for this easy-peasy recipe and the simple steps to follow.

What you'll need:

  • ChefBoss Honey Chilli Stir Fry sauce
  • 2 cup boiled and drained soya nuggets/diced chaap pieces
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (onion and capsicum)
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger and garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, as per taste

3 Easy Steps Recipe

In a bowl, lightly marinate the boiled soya nuggets/pieces with cornflour, salt, pepper and a little water. Keep aside.


In a wok, add oil and sauté garlic and ginger in it. Now add onion and capsicum and let it saute for another 2 minutes. After that, add 5-6 tbsp of ChefBoss Honey Chllli Stir Fry Sauce and mix well.

Once this is done, add the marinated soya to the wok and mix till all the pieces are coated properly. And it’s ready!
