3 Easy Steps Recipe

To make Gobi Manchurian, cauliflower florets are first coated in batter and then deep fry. (100 to 150g Cauliflower florets cut, washed and boiled | For Batter – Add refined flour/Maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt and pepper to water) This process has to be narrated and not shown. This is also not a part of our main recipe.

Toss 50gm / 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (onion & capsicum) in a pan with oil (1 tablespoon) for 2 minutes or till cooked.

 

Add 100 g Manchurian sauce and 100 ml water, stir for 3 - 5 minute, Add fried cauliflower florets and cook on low flame for a minute. Garnish with chopped spring onions and it’s ready to serve.
