3 Easy Steps Recipe

Rinse 8-10 cauliflower florets in boiling water. Let it rest and dry for 8-10 minutes. In a bowl, add refined flour(maida), corn flour, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper. Add 100ml water and mix it properly to make a smooth batter without any lumps. Add gobi to the batter and coat it well.

Heat 250ml of oil in a kadhai and add batter coated cauliflower florets to it. Deep fry it on a medium flame until the gobi florets turn golden brown. Stir them slowly after a minute. Drain them and keep it aside.

 

Now, Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another kadhai. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, onions and bell peppers. Toss them well for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Switch the flame off. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander or spring onions.
