What you'll need:

  • 1 Pack of ChefBoss Makhani Gravy
  • 200 gms soya chaap (8-10 medium sized pieces, boiled, diced and preferably fried)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Chopped coriander and cream for garnishing (optional)

2 Easy Steps Recipe

Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a big pan and let it heat for about a minute. Add the diced and fried soya chaap to the oil in the pan and stir for about a minute. If you do not want to fry the chaap before you put it in the pan here, then you can just boil and dice it and the cook it in the oil for 5-7 minutes instead.

Add 1/2 cup (approx. 75-80 ml) of water and the contents of the entire pack of ChefBoss Makhani Gravy to the pan. Cook further for 5 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.
