1. Chole/Chana Masala
Chole Bhature is every Indian’s favourite breakfast or brunch for weekends. But what if we give you a quick recipe of the Punjabi Chana Masala that you can make using ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy.
Here it goes…In a kadhai, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 teaspoon of jeera(cumin seeds) and 100 grams of sliced onions. Sauté it until the onions turn golden brown. Pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and 50ml of water. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gravy gets a good consistency. Add 250 grams of boiled chick-peas(kabuli chana) to the gravy. Mix it well. Cover the lid and allow it cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame. After the chana is cooked properly, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of anardana powder over it. Give it a good mix and mash the chanas a little. Turn the flame off. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
Chole is ready to gobble-up with hot fried Bhatura or lachcha paranthas.
2. Palak Paneer
For all the paneer lovers, Palak paneer has a special place in their heart. And there’s no other brunch options like palak paneer paired with paranthas and a glass full of lassi.

In a kadhai, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil gets heated add 2 teaspoons of jeera. Let it crackle! Add 8-10 small cubes of paneer and sauté them on a medium flame for about 2-3 minutes. Pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and 50 ml of water to it. Give it a good stir for 2 minutes on a medium flame. When the gravy thickens, add the puréed palak to it and stir it again for 3-4 minutes. Allow it cook. Turn the flame off. Top it with a tablespoon of fresh cream.
Palak paneer is ready! Serve it hot with paranthas.
3. Rajma Masala
If a Punjabi menu does not have Rajma masala in it, then the meals are said to be incomplete! Guess what? We got you covered with the easiest & quick rajma recipe.
Here it goes…in a kadhai, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 teaspoon of jeera. Allow it to crackle. Add 80 grams of finely chopped onions and sauté it until turns golden brown. Pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and a cup of water to it. Let the gravy cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gravy gets a good consistency, add 4 tablespoons of tomato purée to it. Mix it well for another 2-3 minutes. Add 350 grams of boiled rajma(kidney beans) to it. Cover the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. When the rajma gets mixed properly with the gravy, switch the flame off. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander and ginger juliennes.
Rajma masala is ready to grab with some freshly cooked onion paranthas and diced onions. Serve it hot!
