We cannot say this too many times – biryani is love! It’s pure, unadulterated love. Now, if only it wasn’t so difficult to make biryani at home! Well, guess what? It isn’t! In fact, with this awesome recipe and ChefBoss Lucknowi Biryani Paste, it’s a matter of just 15 minutes to make tasty, aromatic and finger-licking good Lucknowi egg biryani at home.

What you'll need:
- ChefBoss Lucknowi Biryani Paste
- 3 tablespoons desi ghee
- 400 grams chopped carrots, beans, cauliflowers and other veggies of your choice
- 6-7 cups of boiled rice
- 4 boiled eggs, cut into halves
- Mint leaves, slit chillies and chopped coriander (optional)
3 Easy Steps Recipe
In a big kadhai, heat the ghee and add vegetables to it. Lightly toss them for 5 minutes till they become a little soft. Don’t make them mushy though!
Add 1 cup of water and the contents of an entire pack of ChefBoss Lucknowi Biryani Paste to the kadhai. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes to get a semi dry gravy. After that, add boiled rice to the kadhai and mix it well so that all the rice gets nicely coated with the biryani mix.
Garnish: Add the boiled egg halves to the biryani and don’t mix. You can also add mint leaves, slit green chillies and chopped coriander to it alongside. Cover the kadhai and cook over low flame for another 3 minutes and tada!! Your yummy biryani is ready to be devoured… Enjoy!
