1. Aloo Gobhi Masala

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. Add 1 teaspoon of Jeera to it. Allow it to crackle. Add 10-15 Gobhi florets and 2-3 potatoes cut into cubes. Sauté it for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gobhi florets and potatoes turn golden brown, pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and 50 ml water to it. Give it a good stir and cover it with a lid for 3 minutes. Once the gravy thickens and gets a good consistency, turn the flame off. Top it with finely chopped coriander leaves, slit green chillies and ginger juliennes.
Serve it hot with tadka dal and jeera rice.
2. Mushroom Bhuna Masala
Another comforting dish during winters is Mushroom! Just imagine, soft and tender mushrooms cooked in delicious Indian gravy…sounds yummy right? Then here’s a quick recipe for you….
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a kadhai. Add 250 grams of diced mushrooms and sauté it for 2-minutes on a medium flame. After the mushrooms are sautéed, pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and a cup of water to it. Give it a good mix and allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gravy reaches to a good consistency, add 1 tbsp of fresh cream and stir it well. Turn the flame off. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with plain paranthas and sliced onions.

3. Sarson ka Saag
Winter season is incomplete without everyone’s favourite – Sarson ka Saag specially cooked with ‘Maa ke Haath ka khana’ wale flavours. But we know, it’s difficult to gather those authentic flavours, hence we have got a saviour for you. Want to know how it works? Here’s the quick recipe to it.
Heat 2 tbsps of Desi Ghee in a kadhai. Add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger and 2 whole red chillies. Sauté it for a minute. Pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and 50 ml water. Give it a good mix and allow the gravy to cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gravy gets cooked completely, add blanched and puréed 300 grams of Sarson ka saag, 150 grams of spinach and 50 grams of bathua saag. Mix it well. Stir it occasionally and allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame. After the saag gets cooked properly with the gravy, turn the flame off and keep it aside. For tempering, heat 1 tbsp of desi ghee, add 1 whole red chilli, 1 pinch of red chilli powder. Once the chillies release the smoke, turn the flame off and pour it in cooked Saag, cover it with a lid. Mix the saag well and serve it hot with makke ki roti.
