What you'll need:

  • ChefBoss Manchurian Cooking Sauce
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (onion & capsicum)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 grams fried chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Coriander and spring onion for garnish, optional

3 Easy Steps Recipe

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and lightly toss 1 cup veggies in it for 2 minutes.

 

After the veggies are sautéed, add 1 cup of water and the contents of ChefBoss Manchurian Cooking Sauce to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add 200 grams of fried chicken pieces to the pan, and cook for 2-4 minutes or till the sauce becomes thick. Garnish with chopped coriander, spring onion or both (optional) & it’s ready to serve hot! You can enjoy this as a snack by itself or with rice/noodles as a full meal.
