What you'll need :

  • ChefBoss Spicy Barbeque Sauce

  • Chicken Dices (Thigh) 300 gms

  • Salt, Pepper to taste

  • Red Pepper Dices 100 gms

  • Green Pepper Dices 100 gms

     

  • Onion Dices 100 gms

  • Yellow Pepper Dices 100 gms

  • Olive Oil 50 ml

  • Chopped Parsley few springs

2 Easy Steps Recipe

Cut the chicken thigh into four dices, cut the peppers into same size dices along with the onions. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and oil, add some lemon juice for the extra zing.

Skewer the chicken pieces along with the peppers, and onion with three chicken pieces on each skewer. Grill the chicken pieces on a mark grill and glaze with Chef Boss Spicy barbeque sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
