All you have to do is, lightly toss 250grams of paneer cubes in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil for 5-7 minutes. Add 50ml of water & pour the entire ChefBoss makhani gravy to it. Stir & sauté the gravy for another 5 minutes until the oil separates. Cook the gravy till it turns aromatic. Add 5-10 grams of butter and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander & there you go! So, let’s begin with this yummylicious recipe.
Take 1tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and heat it for about 2-3 minutes. Add 250grams of chicken (preferably boneless) to it & sauté it until it turns golden brown. Pour 50ml of water to the sautéed chicken & add Bhuna Masala Gravy to it. Mix and boil for another 10 minutes till the chicken is cooked well. Garnish the delicacy with 2 tablespoons of chopped ginger, coriander and green chilies…tadaaaa Murg bhuna masala is ready to grab!
3. Hyderabadi Biryani

Heat 3-4 tablespoons of desi ghee in a kadhai. Add 450grams of chicken or paneer and lightly toss it until it turns golden brown and gets cooked completely. Pour in 150ml of water with Hyderabadi Biryani paste in the kadhai. Stir and mix the gravy well. Bring it to boil till it gets thick and turns aromatic. Layer 6-8 cups of boiled rice over the cooked gravy and chicken/paneer. Add another layer of chopped mint leaves, coriander and slit green chilies over it. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on a low flame for another 3-4 minutes. Your favorite Hyderabadi Biryani is ready and is going to a be cherry on the cake for your royal feast.
