Winter is here – the season of snoozing, the season of snuggling into cosy blankets with a hot cup of tea or coffee, the season of enjoying tasty comfort food in bed. But as much fun as winters and all that binging on yummy food sounds, it’s so difficult to cook in cold months! Standing in the kitchen with the chill air freezing up your feet and hands is nothing less than a nightmare. So, what do we do? Do we order from outside every day, only to receive cold food upon delivery (Hello! It’s winters, remember?), or do we eat dal khichdi daily because it’s easy to make. The correct option is neither of these.
Why eat plain, boring food or reheated cold food ordered from outside when you can make super delicious food at home in just 5-15 minutes. Yep, that is all it takes to cook up magic in your kitchen using ChefBoss’ ready-to-cook sauces, gravies and pastes. Now you must be thinking about what can be cooked using these ready-to-cook sauces that will not take long but still be perfect for the weather. Well, that’s what we’re here to tell you.
Nothing can beat the joy of enjoying a bowl of warm, creamy pasta on a cold evening. And when that yummy pasta can be cooked at home in just 15 minutes, then it’s a different kind of joy altogether.
All you have to do is pour 1 pack of ChefBoss Creamy Pasta Sauce into a non-stick pan and add 60 ml water to it. Whisk and mix it well. Now add 200 grams of any boiled pasta of your choice to the pasta sauce, mix it together and let it cook on low flame for just 2-3 minutes. And that’s it! It’s done.

Fiery Stir-fried Veggies
This one’s perfect for all those weight-watchers out there who want to have something different and tasty, but not something that is deep-fried or oily. Tickle your taste-buds with a fiery, hot version of stir fried veggies.
And it’s very, very simple to make. You just need ChefBoss Fiery Chilli Mayo, 2 cups of veggies of your choice, 50 grams of paneer (optional, but protein is important!), 1 tbsp cooking oil of your choice. In a pan, lightly toss the veggies in 1 tbsp of oil for 2 minutes. Add paneer cubes to the veggies and toss for another minute. After that, add 4-5 tbsp of ChefBoss Fiery Chilli Mayo to the pan and mix well. Cook for a minute or two and you’re done. Enjoy hot.
Yes, now we’re talking. The next best thing after a pizza is a pizza sandwich. Yes, it is in foodie world and there’s nothing anyone can say that will change our mind. And the beauty of a pizza sandwich lies not just in its taste, but also the ease of making it.
All you need is ChefBoss Pasta & Pizza Sauce, 2 slices of bread, toppings of your choice (veggies, chicken, paneer, you decide!), salt, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper as per taste and grated cheese. And now it’s cakewalk. Just spread some ChefBoss Pasta & Pizza sauce on both the slices of bread, put your toppings on it, garnish with salt, pepper and other seasonings as per taste and finally the grated cheese. Cover it with the other piece of bread and toast in on a pan or a sandwich maker till it’s slightly brown on both the sides. Bas, it’s done!
