Travel into the heartlands of Mexico with the super-delicious Mexican-style tacos. A crispy taco shell loaded with the spicy Harissa Mayo and tangy salsa, truly worth it for Friday evenings. So, let’s begin with a quick recipe. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a kadhai, and add finely chopped onions. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it for 3-4minutes. To the sautéed onions, add 6-8 tbsps of tomato pulp, ketchup, red chilli powder and salt. Stir it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 cups of boiled rajma and cook it well.
While the rajma is being cooked, slightly mash it with the help of a potato masher to give it a little consistency and thickness. Stir it occasionally until the moisture gets evaporated. For salsa, add finely chopped tomatoes, spring onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, chilli flakes and oregano. Combine and mix all the ingredients. Salsa is ready to get filled in the tacos. Now, take a taco shell and fill 1 spoon of rajma filling. Top it with the salsa and squeeze ChefBoss Harissa Mayo. Shred some lettuce over it for extra crunchy flavour. Add grated processed cheese to the Tacos. Repeat the process with the remaining tacos as well. Taco Mexicana is ready to serve with your favourite mocktails.

Now, layer a large platter with half the nachos in it. Top it with cooked beans, and tomato salsa and pour 5-6tbsps of ChefBoss Mayo Jalapeno.
