1. Gobhi Masala
Cauliflower florets sautéed in spicy onion-garlic-tomato gravy…sounds delicious! Isn’t it? So let’s cook this amazing recipe in just 15-minutes….
Cut the gobhi into 8-10 medium-sized florets. Boil the gobhi florets in hot water for 2-minutes, strain them and keep them aside. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a kadhai. Add a pinch of cumin seeds, ginger juliennes and slit green chillies. Sauté them for about a minute on a medium flame. Add boiled gobhi florets and sauté them slowly for 2-3 minutes until the gobhi turns golden brown. After the gobhi florets are sautéed, pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Bhuna Gravy and 60ml of water. Give it a good stir, cover the lid and allow the gravy to cook for 3-minutes. Once the gravy gets a good consistency and the gobhi is cooked completely, turn the flame off. Gobhi Masala is ready! Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger juliennes and slit green chillies for extra spicy punch. Serve it hot with piping hot paranthas and diced onions.
2. Gobhi Butter Masala/Gobhi Makhani
We are all fans of Paneer butter masala or paneer makhani, butter chicken…but what if the hero ingredient is gobhi? Your favourite stir fried gobhi cooked in creamy buttery Makhani gravy…no less a heaven, right? So, let’s give you a quick recipe of restaurant-style Gobhi Butter Masala or Gobhi Makhani.
Chop the gobhi into small florets. Wash and rinse them in hot salty water. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, black pepper and a pinch of salt on it. Heat 2 tbsps of butter in a kadhai. Add the gobhi florets and sauté it for 2-3 minutes until the florets turn golden brown. Once the gobhi is sautéed, pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Makhani Gravy and a cup of water. Mix it well and cover the lid. Allow it to cook on a low flame for 4-minutes. Once the gravy gets a good consistency, add one tablespoon of fresh cream and give it a good mix. Give it a boil for another one-minute and turn the flame off. Keep it aside. For tempering, in a pan, heat 1 tbsp of unsalted butter. Add a pinch of Shahi Jeera. Allow it to crackle. Add a pinch of red chilli powder and kasoori methi. Once it starts to release smoke, turn the flame off and pour the tempering to the Gobhi Butter Masala. Cover it with a lid for 2-minutes. Delicious Gobhi Butter Masala is ready! Serve it hot with garlic naan.
3. Spicy Gobhi Schezwan

Chop the gobhi florets and rinse them with hot salty water. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp of refined flour and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder over it. Now, heat 300ml of oil in a kadhai for deep frying the gobhi florets. Put the gobhi florets in oil one-by-one. Deep fry them on a medium flame for about 2-minutes. Strain the gobhi florets from oil and keep them aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté it for about a minute on a medium flame. Once all the veggies are sautéed, pour the entire pack of ChefBoss Schezwan Cooking Sauce and a cup of water. Give it a good stir and allow it to cook for 3 minutes on a medium flame. Once the gravy thickens, add the deep fried gobhi florets to the gravy. Give it a good mix. Turn the flame off. Garnish it with finely chopped spring onions. Spicy Gobhi Schezwan is ready!
